At Envirolite we believe the future well being of all life is in our hands now. The construction industry is the largest emitter of  carbon emissions globally when you consider from cradle to grave of raw materials, their use in construction, building use and demolition at the end of its life. We need to get smart in how we live and what we live in.  We want you to have a space that makes you feel better than good, especially when you know that the environmental impact is minimal.

Our Team 

Sustainability Consultant -  Vicki Stevens (Bch Property & RE - Sustainable Development; student of Assoc Dip Bldg Design Architecture)

With a passion for the environment driven from a childhood exploring the Brindabella Ranges on horse back and a love of architecture, Vicki completed a degree in Property and Real Estate - major Sustainability and is currently completing an Associate Diploma in Building Design.  Vicki works with the client and designers to influence the choice of the most ethical, sustainable, low embodied energy building materials, appliances, water and waste management systems. Working to ensure design reflects ample natural light, air flow and passive heating/cooling to reduce running costs. Vicki wants your vision to become a reality in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

Architect

Collaboration is key as we work with various architects and building designers, registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria or Victorian Building Authority, who are committed to achieving the most carbon neutral designs possible to suit any site. Your site and your vision is our inspiration to create truly unique designs that fit with your vision and budget.

Builder

Unlike most conventional builders, our domain is sustainable development with emphasis placed on beautiful homes without a guilty conscience - with low running and maintenance costs and minimal impacts on the environment. We use recyclable and sustainable building materials, clean energy sources and highly energy efficient appliances.

We are all fully licenced with the Victorian Building Authority and are Master Builder or Housing Industry Association members in Victoria.
